Dog Hairs Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Dog Hairs we understand that life is busy and plans can change. We promise that we will do our upmost to reschedule an appointment if you find you can no longer make it, but late cancellations or no-shows leave us out of pocket and disappoint people on our waiting list.

With immediate effect, bookings taken will be subject to the following policy:

1. Change or cancellation more than 48hours prior to appointment - no charge.

2. Cancellation 48-24 hours before an appointment - 50% charge . Fee may be waived if the appointment is filled.

3. Less than 24 hours notice or a no-show -100% of the grooming charge. This will need to be paid before another booking can be made.

We do not use an automated text system but we do send out a courtesy reminder text to you before your appointment. However, please don’t rely on this but set up your own calendar reminder as well.
